I am going to write gmat this saturday.
I took gmat prep 2 yesterday in similar exam conditions and including esaays etc and I scored 720(50,38).
Does anybody have an idea how much can I score in the real test given above information.
Is there any correlation between Gmat Prep Scores and GMAT scores.
I'll be greatful if somebody can enlighten me.
I am really tensed right now.

Hey congrats on the great score. I think, your score range should be between 680 and 760. Do the best you can. All the best for a 750+ score

I am interested in knowing your GMAT1 prep score. When I started my preparation I took GMAT prep1 and got a 710. I am trying to gauge my level too

Well Done.

According to many,GMATPrep very much matches actual GMAT score.

Above 700 the score doesnt vary a lot. The logic is that most of the instructors(of GMAT PREP) might have scored in this region.

Relax and dont get exhausted before the exam. Read and practice a little verbal, the part you have not done well.

But dont be overconfident as well because GMATPrep is a .exe file and it's essentially the exactly same GMAT exam that was issued to test-takers in 2005 and 2006. It replicates the exam experience almost to perfection; it simply has a different question bank and it does not calculate your percentage, as that requires statistical updates which actual GMAT does.

You can easily reach 750.

Thanks Prodizy..That releived the tension a bit.
In my opinion gmatprep1 is less difficult than gmatprep2.
The starting level problems are different in both the tests.I am not sure which one really closes on the real GMAT exam.But taking Prep1 with same level of preparations as Prep2 would yield a higher score.
But a 710 in the start of preparations means you are a 750+ guy

I would say that if you can relax and concentrate on the actual exam you should be able to achieve a score that is 700+. Just remember to take each problem as it comes on the actual test and not worry about score as you are taking the test. Congratulations on your achievements already and best of luck on the exam.
