I would throw out the Arco results. that would place your range between 660-700. If that's your target go ahead and register for the test. If you want to score higher, wait until your practice scores are about 20 points higher than your goal.

Osirus do you agree that if Becnil was to take a GMAT Prep exam now it would be more indicative of the actualy score vs. the 690 from before? Can you rate these exams in terms of their accuracy? Or is that not possible?
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.

He will score within 30 points of that score. I scored 700 on my last GMAT prep test and got a 680. Its accurate within 30 points.

Thank You Osirus and Money9111 for your inputs. I am working on raising the scores to at least 700 within the next weeks. I have already registered for my Test on March 12, so I guess I need to get my weaknesses covered. My goal is anything beyond 700, preferably around 720.

Hey Osirus, in the recent Test you have taken, what question type (or sub type) would you say was the most surprising type of question, which did not let you score as much as you wanted ? Please let me know.

Honestly, I think the biggest surprise during the exam was Sentence Correction. With practice test, it is usually easy to spot the error and narrow it down to 2 or 3 choices, but on the exam the errors were not easy to identify.

well that's because you were probably in the upper stratosphere! I also believe that ticking clock adds an extra level of stress that you just can't prepare for... sure you can time yourself while taking CAT exams, but I imagine that in the moment it's tough...
