Hey there dude, thanks for dropping by!

A quick question for you as we get started: Does/will/may GM sponsor your MBA? If not, what about offer you a guaranteed post upon graduation?

On to specifics: There is no such thing as a "sure shot" into top 10 schools (well maybe, if you work for McKinsey or you come from the right family), but barring these rare exceptions, everybody has to fight for top 10 (which is incidentally, why they are top 10). As an Indian candidate, this is more the case (but thankfully you do not come from IT). I think that your chances for Top 10, all things considered are for sure there, though, but I would definitely suggest you expand your consideration to the top 20 ( I don't know that this is even a compromise). You have a lot of solid stuff all over (which is great! I see no single major weakness in your profile). However, what I don't necessarily see either (and what YOU need to work on, if top 10 is your target) is UNIQUENESS.

You are a great candidate yes! Buuuut unfortunately you come from a country which has a LOT of great candidates, so why should top 10 schools give YOU a shot over them (the answer lies not in the GMAT, my friend).

Hopse these thoughts get you started! If you got aaaaanything else at all, just leave a note,

PS - Ross is a great choice if you are staying in automotive.
