TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE 10 YEARS AND AGE IS 30 YEAR

CAN I GET INTO IIMA PGPX AND IIMB EPGP?

You have strong work experience and profile. Focus on preparing for your GMAT and get good score and apply confidently next year as the deadlines for IIMA & B are already over for next year intake. You can also aim at applying to B-schools like ISB, Greatlakes, SP Jain, XLRI, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow which also offer one year MBA programs for senior executives.
