Hello,
can someone please tell me when do we use estimated AT and when - estimated TO BE?
I went though some posts here and they all say that estimated AT is wrong gramatically, but I came across it in many articles by renowned magazines and even in a GMATPrep question:
"With surface temperatures estimated at minus 230 degrees Farenheit, Jupiter's moon Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, and with 60 square miles of water though to be frozen from top to bottom."
In my opinion, AT is used when it is followed by an exact number,am I right ?
