[SOS] error about rescheduling the appoiment

Dear,
I want to change the test day from 15th jan to 3 months later. But the system show this:

Error: Invalid Payload.


Unfortunately an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again, or contact customer service to resolve the error. Thank you for your patience.
