Erasable Board Exemptions?

This is a random question but I am hoping someone may have some insight that can help me out.

I have a condition known as hyperhidrosis in which my hands sweat excessively, pretty much all the time. I am afraid that the sweating may actually erase the writing on the erasable boards. Is there any way to get an exemption to using the erasable boards? I am assuming they will not allow me to have napkins to dry my hands.

I have known many people with such a condition, and have seen how they have struggled during written examinations (in medical school), using towels, napkins and what not. I hope you gain an exemption, but like brent said, you should as the test makers, or better still write an email directly to the test makers and request an official answer.
