The attached RC took me 15 min to solve. Will some of you please try and let me know does it really takes so long ? or am i stupid not to understand it in first look.

Ah! stupid mistake in 219. I get it now. As clearly mentioned in Paragraph 1, one aspect pays more attention to cultural aspect and the other to political and economic aspect.

I didn't clock in the exact time but it took me 12 min (5 to read and 7 to answer) tops. Not the hardest passage, there are much more complex ones floating around!
