I chose to eliminate E because
1)The conclusion talks abt career-related training, it has no mention of Computer training school.
2)f someone were to avoid computer training school for reasons other than perceived lack of future jobs for example "lack of funds, lack of interest in Computers,it doesnt destroy the Conclusion
3)Some will say that E is too extreme since it talks abt All the Students.
This was what i found by applying the Negation Technique
But after rereading my response, I checked if it bridges the gap between the premise and the conclusion.It doesnt bridge the gap between Enrollment in computer training programs and prediction abt Future Job Availability
