The haunting beautiful song that the lead soloist performed was thought by all to be worthy of an encore.

A) The haunting beautiful song that the lead soloist performed was thought by all to be worthy of an encore
B) The haunting beautiful song, which the lead soloist has performed, was thought by all to be worthy of an encore
C) The hauntingly beautiful song, which the lead soloist performed, had been thought by all to be worthy of an encore
D) The performance by the lead soloist of haunting beautiful song was thought by all to be worthy of an encore
E) The lead soloist's hauntingly beautiful song was thought by all to be a performance worthy of an encore

OA : A

I chose option D because I think that the performance but not the song is what should be worthy of an encore.
Experts could you please clarify this for me?

Thanks!

Easy enough to clarify. This question is LAME. LOL

B and E have clear issues, and C maybe has a tense issue. The other two choices are basically OK, though there are in them some minor problems that I am guessing are just typos. So basically there are two or three answer choices that are OK, and pondering this one further does not seem to be worthwhile.
