The first decision to be made by a person being considered for employment at Reven-Tech is if to submit to a drug test.

(A) being considered for employment at Reven-Tech is if to submit
(B) considered for employment at Reven-Tech is if he or she should submit
(C) being considered for employment at Reven-Tech is whether submission
(D) considered for employment at Reven-Tech is whether, when submitted
(E) considered for employment at Reven-Tech is whether to submit

In Gmat if the s/c is not hypothetical than always chose whether over if ----------->eliminate A,B
c is passive and submission to is awkward
d whether,when is awkward

A , B are out coz of if. here whether is required to choose b/w two things
C has being. hence eliminate
in D why do we require the unnecessary when ? also to ... is required to be parallel with to a drug test.
