I am embarking on my GMAT adventure and I would really appreciate some help/advice on where I should begin. Firstly I may explain my situation. I will not be applying my MBA course until 2011. Therefore I want to use the coming year as a period where I can slowly build up my knowledge on the components of the GMAT, for a then more intensive 3 month period before I take the test.
It has been quite some time since I have done many of the math problems for example. So I would like find a beginners book that I can use from the start, explains the problems well and that once complete and understood, I could then progress onto much harder problems required for top scoring GMAT.
Any books, initial advice, or a good approach for someone who needs to learn the basics and then move onto more complicated problems would be greatly appreciated!
