I just completed the final application steps for Michigan and Notre Dame, with Cornell and UNC to be completed soon. I would love to hear from everyone their thoughts on which program they think would be the best fit for me.

Here are the basics on each program:

1. Michigan-Ross EMBA Program --- $135,000 --- Rankings: #7 BW MBA, #15 WSJ EMBA, #13 P&Q MBA
2. Notre Dame EMBA Program --- $88,500 ------- Rankings: #20 BW EMBA,#6 WSJ EMBA, #25 P&Q MBA
3. Cornell-Johnson EMBA Program --- $145,380 - Rankings: #13 BW MBA, #8 WSJ EMBA, #15 P&Q MBA
4. UNC Online MBA Program --- $89,000 -------- Rankings: #16 BW MBA, N/A, #18 P&Q MBA

I have visited Michigan and Notre Dame and LOVED everything I saw about the programs. I haven't visited Cornell, but have heard great things about their EMBA Program. UNC is the outsider as the only "online" program.

I am trying to determine which program would have the following for me:

1. Strong reputation nationally if I relocate from the Midwest to the West coast.
2. Strong reputation with Fortune 500's / recruiters.
3. Jumping board for possible career transition (at least the option if I wanted to)
4. Strong alumni network

Details about myself - I'm 37 yrs. old, work for a Fortune 500 company, and responsible for leading twenty-three direct reports with P&L responsibility of over $100 million. I will paying for the program myself.
