Email Timings for my account

Hi,
Can the emails that are sent to me be sent in the morning instead of being sent at night ?
I usually get the email at around 11:45pm PST (US) and it's too late to study then.
I'd appreciate if I can have the email timings changed for my account.

I don't believe that this can be arranged.
