i got 650 in gmat (Q-45, V-34)
i want to improve my verbal score from 34 to above 40.
i have shortlisted egmat and knewton for the same.
plz suggest which one of the two should i opt for.
While i know that e-gmat is purely famous for verbal, i am not sure about the quality of the practice questions there. moreover i could not find any contact information on their website, like a customer support number. also their guarantee seems vague.
knewton, on the other hand are rather upfront about their 50 points increase guarantee.but i've heard something about their practice questions being repetitive and mimicked from OG.
other company courses are a bit out of my budget.
so which one of the two should i go for? :?

I could not find any contact number for Knewton also. I wonder why is the case?
There is a customer support email id fine. But still, a contact number gives a kind of assurance and easier way to contact in case of need.
