Hi Guys,

I will need some aid with the following DS problem.

Please, excuse me if the problem was published by someone else before.

Here is the problem:

Is Sqrt(X-3)^2= 3-x?

1) X is not equal to 3 (X=/3)
2)-X/X/ >0

Which is the correct answer? The book says it is statement __. The (/) sign means absolute value.
I cannot logically get to the onclusion why is statement ___ enough to answer the question.

Thank you for your help!
