st(1) implies angle ABC=angle CAD (let's denote this as 'a') Insuff
st(2) provides only angle ADC=70` Insuff
combining we know ADC=CAD=70` and ACD=180-140=40`. Then CAB+BCA=180-70=110`. From the latter angle BAD could be anything from 70+ to 180- Insuff
