With (1) alone you won't get any answer. That is ok for you because you have pick C.

(2) If the rectangles have all the same dimensions and let W and L be those dimensions you have

KN / MN = L / (L+W)

According to the draw L=2W, so

KN / MN = 2W / 3W = 2/3
