I dont have OA for it, but can anyone help me? I think it's E because odd integer can be a factor of even number... vice versa...

1 - sufficient. y = ax, z = by. So z = abx.
We are are given xz = even. So, 3 choices are
x=even, z=odd -- this is not possible if we are to satisfy z=abx
x=even, z=even -- z is even
x=odd, z=even -- z is even
2 - z=by. If y is even, z has to be even.
