Hi,
From(1): 3|x2 - 4| = y - 2
As modulus is always non-negative, y-2 >= 0
so, y >= 2
Not Sufficient

From(2):
|3-y| = 11
So, y = -8 or y = 14
Not sufficient

Both(1)&(2):
y>=2 and y= -8 or 14
So, y=14
Sufficient

Hence, C
