Dr. Shiraz Minwalla, a young Indian string Physicist, is recognized for his many outstanding contributions, which includes his most recent works obtaining equations of Nonlinear fluid dynamics in 3+1 dimensions from Einstein's equation for black-branes in 5-dimensional anti-de-Sitter space.

I think the answer is B.

(A) which includes his most recent works : In this senetence, 'which' indicate the 'contributions' :thus, includes (X)
(B) including his most recent works: Good
(C) like his most recent works : we can only use 'like' for 'subject' comparison
(D) these include his most recent works: wordy, these (?!)
(E) which include his works most recently: changed the place of 'recently', distort meaning
