Down as hell right now.

Hello everybody.
I need some help.

I can easily cross the wrong answer in paper test, n do well but when it comes to computer adaptive i panic alot and doing mother of all mistakes and so do my falling scores . . I scored 410 on gmat prep. That sends directly send me in hell. I cnt do better in CAT, i lost somewhr, my strategies, my knowledge becomes dull. I just stare question . My test is within 20 days time. What to do ? Experts suggest me. . . . I just need to cross 650 barrier.

We totally understand - this test is so stressful!!!

We don't have any great solutions to offer except some basic ones - things like, maybe you can integrate exercise along with your studying. If you do a hard workout before you sit down to practice then maybe you will be more relaxed. Or deep breathing exercises too. It sounds a little corny but it can REALLY help.

Sheesh.

Anyway - what we are trying to say is DON'T FEEL SO BAD!! This test is hard for everyone. When you get tied up in knots about it it makes it even harder, and it's so easy to get tied up like that!!! But there's hope! You still have plenty of time to work through your problems and get more comfortable with the whole shebang.

I think some yoga exercises and some meditation practices will help you out to feel fresh and energetic to concentrate on your study.

Hey man, I can totally relate. Taking tests is very stressful. What helps me is practicing a lot and pretending it is just a practice test when I'm taking the real thing. Perhaps you should develop some routine and repeat it while doing practice tests and then do it on the actual test. I never tried yoga, maybe i should :)
