Like other health care workers, the insurance rates of charged dentists have skyrocketed in recent years.

A) Like other health care workers, the insurance rates of charged dentists

B) Like with other health care workers, insurance of dentists

C) As with health care workers, dentists' insurance rates

D) As with insurance of other health care workers, dentists

E) Like those charged other health care workers, dentists' insurance rates
This question is as it is from one of the Kaplan Online tests. My question is: Is any of the choice correct? Shouldn't there be 'by' in choice E or is it correct to write as it is?
Surprising it's a q from Kaplan.

Agree E seems to be the best of the worst.

Like those charged for health care workers seems ok but still sounds a little awkward though atleast IMO

Supposing that there was a "by" in E, would it be correct? Is it okay to use "like" as opposed to "as" in this case? Or does the "like/as" similarity come in only when examples are involved?
Have you wondered how you could have found such a treasure? -T
