If A, B, C, and D are all positive numbers, is the value of A - B greater than the value of C - D?

1. A + D = B + C

2. A and B are each greater in value than either C or D.

Have a doubt of a repeat post
1. is sufficient A-B = C-D and hence the answer to the question is no

2) is Insufficient [ A, B, C, D can assume values in both ways 11,10, 1,2 or 11,10,2,1]

Hence A

what is your doubt?
The GMAT is indeed adaptable. Whenever I answer RC, it proficiently 'adapts' itself to mark my 'right' answer 'wrong'.
