IMO D.
B and D rightly compares the orbiting station with shuttle and earlier spacecraft.
with sufficient enough power - sufficient power/enough power both is not necessary seems redundant. Moreover 'which' modifies the shuttle and earlier spacecraft rightly in E.

B - "with" after comma acts as a verb modifier - wrong,
The usage of enough is wrong here ----------- "enough in" is not the correct idiom
"sufficient enough" is redundant
D - Perfect
unlike X, noun modifier ( modifying X ), Y
A,C and E have "comparison" error.
