This is a straightforward combinatorics. We have 5 women and 7 men. From these 3 women and 1 man will be selected. There are 10 ways to pick 3 women from 5. There are 7 ways to pick 1 man from 7. To do both, there are 10*7=70 ways. The OA to this is definitely D.
