hello all,

i am looking at schools, other than Ivy League colleges, to apply to. i received an information package from The Fletcher School at Tufts University the other day. the Admission Director is a great guy, very easy to talk to via email and provides even more info than i have asked for. he sold Fletcher so well i started questioning the whole 'Ivy League rush' thing.

does anyone in this forum know The Fletcher School? how is it rated?

OR should i not worry about all these stuff and go to a school i feel [most] comfortable with irrespective of its rating?

thanks in advance.

The Fletcher School at Tufts is a School of International Relations first. They seem to be expanding into the realm of international business by offering a MIB (masters in international business) degree. As far as International Relations go, it is a top 5 programs and is frequently mentioned with the likes of Harvard Kennedy and Princeton Woodrow Wilson.

I visited them once in my search for a program. I liked their building, very homely and quad-esque while still being located on the greater Tufts campus in Medford Mass. Check it out for yourself if you're really interested. they'll make it a day for you if you plan in advance.

Hope this helps!
