Minor speeding, etc. is not going to be something you have to mention to adcom. However a DUI or perhaps reckless driving will have to be.

I agree, if it's just a speeding ticket you don't have to say anything, and it shouldn't affect your chances getting into business school.

Schools ask if you have been convicted of a felony, DUI, or other charges that would be on record. Background checks do not include parking tickets, speeding tickets, or noise violation tickets. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
