Please can you post your explanation.. or reply if I am inline with what you think
X+Y = 6k ?
I. X+4y = even
hence X is even
also Y = (even - X)/4
Y = even/4
Y = 1, 2 , 3 ,4 .... any integer
Insufficient
II. YX is divisible by 3
YX = 12 , 15 , 18 .....
Insufficient
I and II
YX = 12 , 18 , 24 , 36 , 54 (where X is even , positive integer)
Insufficient
hence IMO E
