Hello,

I am thinking of applying to B-schools for round III next month. Any help would be fantastic! I am particularly interested in knowing what's the minimum GMAT score/range that would make me competitive at a top-tier program with a solid international business department- Columbia, UCLA, INSEAD, etc...

Education:
University of Washington
Major(s): Finance/International Business (Japan Focus)
*3.5 GPA CUM, 3.6 GPA Major.
*Three leadership/officer roles with student clubs.
*One year study abroad in Tokyo, Japan at a well known university. (Business and Japanese)
*After graduation One Year Language Study at a well known university in Shanghai, China. (Mandarin)

Work experience:
*9 months with a Japanese Hedge Fund located in US as an Assistant Trader. I was hired on as an intern at first, but was the 8th employee and therefore had REAL responsibilities (both on/off market). 45+ hour weeks.
*4 months with a Microsoft JV in Shanghai, China in marketing. Basic international marketing.

Additional:
*I am fluent in Spanish, and proficient in both Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
*I am Hispanic.

Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
