Hi
U getting the answer as 25 since u did not consider the distance travelled by the hiker during the 5 mins travelled by the cyclist . If take tat into account then the ans is 20

Cyclist = 20m/hr or 20/60 miles/minute

Hiker = 4m/hr or 4/60 miles/minute

In 5 minutes cyclist would have covered a distance of 5/3 miles.

Therefore,

Hiker would take 5/3 / 4/60 (Time = Distance/Rate) => 25 minues

Since,

Cyclist was already waiting for 5 minutes => 25-5 =>20 minutes
