therefore d1 and r1 = 130
So t1 = t2= 1

now lets take d2 = 100, r2 = 1
so d1 = 130 , r1 = 31

implies t1 = 4and t 2 = 100

So we cannot say if its greater or equal..

I solved it this way:

Stem: is d1/r1 > d2/r2
given: d1 = d2+30
r1=r2+30

so d2+30/r2+30 > d2/r2
since r1 r2 positive
r2*d2 + 30r2 > r2*d2 + 30 d2
or r2>d2

so using the two info it asks whether r2>d2 which we do not know and hence E.
