I cannot go to an MBA school full-time. I am considering a distance learning MBA. Wanted to know from someone who has already got a DL MBA that how good are these degrees when it comes to employment? Can you suggest some school too? It must be accredited.

BusinessWeek did a good ranking of Distance MBAs a few years ago. Check out this link: https://www.businessweek.com/bschools/03/distance.htm

May be a good option for you if you can't make a full-time program. But what about Part-Time or Evening and Weekend MBAs? There are a lot of great programs there as well.
