[E] someone who disposes or repairs

OA A but whats wrong with B?

I think you mean to say that OA is A.

B is wrong because the correct expression is "dispose of" . B is missing the "of".

For the correct answer, you shouldn't dispose of the "of" in the sentence (pun intended)

'Dispose' and 'Dispose of' differ in meaning. Here the required term is 'dispose of', hence B is incorrect.
