A :- correct but not concised "SIMILARLY TO THE FASHION" can be replaces with AS
B :- Wordy, USe of would is incorrect and changes the meaning.

Also, i think that the use of the IN THE SAME MANNER Is incorrect because it is the literal meaning of LIKE and we cannot use like to compare clauses.

C :- LIKE can not be used, Use of would is incorrect.

E :- incorrect use of would.
