Let's take each statement one by one.
(1) The 3 members sold a total of 6 raffle tickets yesterday.
Case 1: All the 6 tickets sold by one member; thus, one of the 3 members sold at least 2 raffle tickets yesterday. The answer is Yes.
Case 2: Two members sold 3 each; thus, one of the 3 members sold at least 2 raffle tickets yesterday. The answer is Yes.
Case 3: Each of the 3 members sold 2 each; thus, one of the 3 members sold at least 2 raffle tickets yesterday. The answer is Yes.
Sufficient.
(2) No 2 of the members sold the same number of raffle tickets yesterday.
Say one member sold none; another sold 1 ticket; thus, the third one sold 2 tickets ≥ 2. The answer is Yes.
You may think of other scenarios, but at least one member must have sold 2 or more tickets. Sufficient.
