I have just a single question that has been bugging me for some time. Does having a degree from DeVry (my degree is in Network and Communications Management) have any implicitly negative attributes that a school may consider when reviewing my application for an MBA program?

In my opinion not really. You just need very good grades if you don't come from a top school. Actually it may be better getting top of your class in a lower tier school than very below average from an upper tier school. I may be wrong.
