I would expect that several schools would be interested. Health care is a key and growing field and I doubt that they will get many applicants who are practicing dentists. You will, however, to take care to make your case strongly. Don't position the change as a dislike for your current work. Instead emphasize the positive aspects, what you believe you can do for your profession and why that means an MBA. You should speak from your own experience as a dentist and be as clear as possible about what you want to do with the MBA and why. Also, you need to make it clear why you think you will be a success., Schools are very sensitive to people whom they see as using the MBA as an escape from another field. A strong admissions consultant can help you put the proper perspective on your goals.

I would definitely target schools that have health care concentrations and strong ties with medical/dental schools.
