In a demographic study, the population and total income of a certain region were estimated from
other data, and both estimates had lower and upper limits. At the time of the estimates, was the
per capita income for the region greater than $16,500?
(1) The lower limit for the estimate of the population was 330,000 people.
(2) The lower limit for the estimate of the total income was $5,500,000,000.

It would be E.

A talks about population but no info about income.

B talks about income but no info about population.

C tells you what the per capita income is for *the lower limit of the population*.

but i think if u consider both n divide u get 16,666.66 $ that shows that AT
LEAST / capita income.
now, if u want to take higher limits , those will be definately higher than 16,666... isnt it

Because you only have lower limit of the population. The population could be more than the lower limit. If you had the upper limit, you could've possibly calculated the required answer.

yeah, these r the class limits given, we cannot divide the class limits to reach an answer.
