What do you want to do with the PhD? That will help determine your course.

Teaching as the stated motivator for seeking a PhD is the death knell for getting accepted to a good PhD program. Academecia is a whole alien world which values intellectual pursuit uber alles and will want to see a strong research interest as well as demonstrated research initiative in your academic career. You will teach most assuredly, but know that if you lead with that as your driver, you will not be given serious consideration. You may want to focus on the program which allows you to align yourself with a professor or academic group with whom you get along very well and who will allow you to participate actively in intellectual pursuits and research which interests you (and them of course). Since it doesn't seem to matter to you which field, you should do some research to see where the needs are and will be. Data analytics is big right now and also quantitative finance. PhD is all about focusing in on something narrow and specific--so choose whether that's in the econ realm or in the accounting realm. My gut feeling is that accounting would open up more opportunity since econ is not a big field. hope this helps.
