Hey everyone,
I am new to the BTG community, and I could really use some help/guidance with this process. I plan on taking my GMAT around late May, but I have no idea what I should do to begin. I read countless posts, plan on enrolling in a GMATprep course in the beginning of May, but up until then how should I form my study schedule? As far as goal for GMAT, I want to shoot for the stars and aim for 750. I might sound crazy but you have to start somewhere right?
Here is my background:
May '12 BS Sport Administration
Currently working in oil and gas
No relevant coursework in english or math in undergrad.
Materials I have:
OG 13th edition
OG Quantitative Review 2nd Edition
Manhattan GMAT 5th Edition
Kaplan Premier 2013
Kaplan 800
With this in mind, I plan on studying 2-3 hours every night after work and on weekends. From what I have gathered, practice tests are essential and reviewing and analyzing concepts, mistakes and questions are keys to success to the GMAT. I appreciate anyone's response and thank you guys for your help!!
