Taking a right decision at the right time is all what makes a leader a ''good leader''.

There are several examples where some famous people changed their life by some simple decisions which looked like usual decisions or may be 'not so right decisions'.
We would like to hear some examples of eminent global personalities who changed their lives with one right decision at the right time.

Oh boy, so many options. Honestly, as you read about Steve Jobs, you will probably see he wasn't the best leader. He was pretty vicious to his teams and people. However, he was obviously a technology visionary and that covers up for his lack of great leadership skills.
