Your Total score (from 200 to 800) is based on your combined Verbal and Quant scores.
However, it's not uncommon for students to convert their individual Verbal and Quant scores to a Total score format to better understand things.

The answer to your question depends on whether your quant percentile was 19, or your quant scaled score was 19.

Scenario 1: Your quant percentile score was 19
According to the chart, a Total score of 440 is a 19th percentile score

Scenario 2: Your scaled score was 19
According to the chart, a scaled score is in the 7th percentile.
From here, we see that a Total score of 360 is about a 7th percentile score

Either way, keep in mind that this is merely your baseline score. You are just beginning your studies.
