So... b is not 0. And a>b... a>c?
number 1. tells us that a/b > c/b ... but if a>b and hence a/b>1 it means that also a/c>1 hence a>c.
number 2 says that 5ab>6bc which can be written as 5a > 6c. This means that a>c.
hence both answers alone are sufficient.

When analysing the statements, be sure to consider the possibility that b is negative. For example, when considering the first statement:
a/b > c/b
If b > 0, we can multiply both sides by b to find:
If b > 0, then a > c
However, if b is negative, when we multiply both sides by b, we need to reverse the inequality:
If b < 0, then a < c
The analysis is similar for the second statement.
a/b > c/b
If b > 0, we can multiply both sides by b to find:
If b > 0, then a > c
However, if b is negative, when we multiply both sides by b, we need to reverse the inequality:
If b < 0, then a < c
The analysis is similar for the second statement.
