midpoints on the edges of the cube, what is the

Hey sanju.....

I am not sure if it is Heaven's..But pretty much invisible.....But y do u need a diagram? Try solving without it!

Which three edges one need to consider, mate? A cube has 12 distinct edges of same length, I believe. A schematic diagram above could have made the mystery solved.

In the absence of diagram if I try thinking in 2D. A right angle isosceles can be made by joining the mid points of the adjacent edges.

but how can we ever ignore what is written between the lines of the stem on GMAT, why shouldn't we request gmatmachoman to edit it once, it's no crime here
