IMO A

Only this option seems to weaken the conclusion "Poor scientific work is.... not harmful". C I have no idea but does not seem right.

Dear Prasad bhai,

I will go with 'B'. It provides an alternate reason for the conclusion.

I will go with A

Argument: There is no reason why the work of scientists has to be officially confirmend before publication.

The statement which strengthen this argument (or a strong basis for this argument) is :

replication of results by other scientists . The last line of the para also talk similar thing as well abt time of replication

IMO option A is the one which can weaken the conclusion - 'No reason to why Scientist's work should be officially confirmed...'

So option A states one reason as to why it is neccessary to scientist's work needs to be challenged/confirmed.

please post the OA.
Thanks
Puneet
