So energy in single sterlization can never be more than energy used in manufacturing...

50 * E1 = 3.xx * 50 * E2
E1>E2.
They have used only 50 sets of each.

I believe it is representative.Obviously it is way tougher than the GMAT questions because it is LSAT question.
I believe that only questions that you can use,other than OG questions,for practice are LSAT questions.
If you can achieve 90% accuracy on these questions GMAT CR will be walk in the park for you.

I've taught both LSAT and GMAT. The GMAT critical reasoning is subtly different. I would suggest you confine your studies to GMAT style questions. Remember, "harder" isn't by definition "better." I mean, you could also do a bunch of calculus .... It isn't on the GMAT, but it sure is harder than the GMAT!
If you study LSAT questions, you face three problems:
1. You'll get used to the LSAC's style of writing, which is different from the GMAC's.
2. You'll waste time and energy studying questions that are twice as hard as anything you'll see on the GMAT.
3. You'll begin overthinking everything because you're used to studying super hard stuff.
I know I don't have an "expert" tag next to my name, but I've been doing this for a full-time job for more than eight years. You need to do what's right for you, but I suggest that you at least consider my advice.

How can it be? Its asking for total manufacturing costs of 50 sterilised instruments and not one.
What's the diff b/w choice B and Choice C ?

But i realised the better approach here wud b to identify the NOT TRUE option to make things easier...
Now coming to Diff b/w B & C
If it takes X amount of energy to produce set of Nylon instrmnets..then for 50 complete sterilisations of the same set it wud take 3.4X....ie., for each complete sterilisation it wud take 3.4X/50 which is far less than X..
But B says 3.4X/50 > X...which is not true...
Am i missing something ??
i am between B and E but i am really dont know how to ignore E to choose B because actually cost problem is not mentioned in the text, do you have any explanation for me??rishab1988 wrote:
