Isn't there anyone who can post an answer and an explanation for the choosing that answer over other answers.
Btw I have posted 5 more questions :CR brutal 2,3,4,5,and 6 and awaiting some expert comments on those questions.

A- Incorrect. Because it does not present the entire argument. It only talks about the balanced reporting part ; It does not talk about the reporting of justices.
B- Correct. Because it presents both the points of the argument correctly. The argument talks about fair reporting on all sides/ parties and it also talks about reporting basic injustices.
C- Incorrect- This is a wrong interpretation of the core idea of the argument.
D -Incorrect. Because it is out of scope of the argument. The argument does not mention common sense anywhere.
E- Incorrect - Because it is out of scope of the argument. This argument does not talk about the impossibility of balanced reporting.

My take -
Premise #1 - Balance is particularly important when reporting the background of civil wars and conflicts
Premise #2 - Facts must not be deliberately manipulated to show one party in a favorable light, and the views of each side should be fairly represented.
Premise #3 - This concept of balance,however, does not justify concealing or glossing over basic injustices in an effort to be even-handed.
Premise #4 - If all the media were to adopt such a perverse interpretation of balanced reporting, the public would be given a picture of a world where each party in every conflict had an equal measure of justice on its side, contrary to our experience of life and. indeed, our common sense.
All are opinions by the author, there is no conclusion.
#1 states the importance of balance, #2 states no manipulation should be done, #3 states the drawback of balance
#4 supports #3.

Author tells that there needs to be balance by media not misleading the public by convoluted facts (this is not his argument)
His argument is that, balance does not mean hiding/concealing mild/ghastly events that may be happening
just to maintain the balance.
Choice B correctly states this....
I think I should try LSAT instead
