IMO C

Argument says dart causes infertility

If we reject any other reason that could have caused infertility, then that should be a correct answer choice.

C says stress is not an alternate cause of infertility . (Its a defender Assumption).

Conclusion: Frequent tranqualizing causes less reproduction.
Proof: Female rhino frequently recollered has less babies than non-collered or non tranquilled.

Now take C and negate it.

Any stress on female rhino due to tranqualizer has negitive effect on fertility [ removed no]

This strenghtens the conclusion or both are equal. [strengthner] Wrong

A) does not speak about fertility
D) male rhino cannot reproduce
E) other mammels is out of scope.

Now let us take B and negate it.
Fertility rate of un-collered rhino's are not increasing => Tranquils have no effect on fertility.. this weakens the concusion that tranquls cause less fertility.

IMO C

I was down with B and C. I rejected B because I am not bothered about increasing fertility rate.
As correctly pointed out earlier,C is a defender assumption.
