I have done my graduation from India. My University does not give GPA rating but has Percentage system. Simple Average of 8 semester = 78 %. Can anyone please help map it to equivalent GPA?

Most schools don't actually require that you convert your GPA to the 4.0 scale (some do). If you want an official conversion you can go with a service like WES.
